Newberg Hearts of Gold Dinner Benefiting Providence Newberg Hospital Foundation
A special delivery
Providence Newberg’s Birth Center is one of the highest-rated birth centers in Oregon. Featuring state-of-the-art birthing suites with jetted tubs and calming valley views, the Birth Center welcomes more than 400 babies to our community each year.
Panda Warmers are used in all births to immediately warm the baby as the pediatric team assesses the newborn. However, the Birth Center’s Panda Warmers have reached the end of their useful life. Funds raised at this year’s Hearts of Gold Virtual Gala will be used to purchase four free-standing and four mobile Panda Warmers.
Honoring Pam Weaver & Front-line Caregivers
This year’s Hearts of Gold Virtual Gala will honor Pam Weaver, recently retired manager of the Birth Center. Pam led the Birth Center for over twenty years, working at Providence Newberg since its opening.
Front-line caregivers have been our heroes during the COVID-19 pandemic. During this year’s Hearts of Gold event, we will honor their sacrifices and heroic efforts to continue to provide excellence in care for all patients, including those directly affected by COVID-19.
