Safeway Providence Festival of Trees Southern Oregon
Celebrate virtually with us one more time
Over the past 29 years, Providence Festival of Trees has raised more than $11 million to benefit the programs and services of Providence Medford Medical Center. Hosted by Providence Community Health Foundation and presented by Safeway, this holiday event has been a tradition for thousands of our community members for decades. While we can’t wait to gather again, your health and safety are our highest priority. This year’s festivities will be held virtually to keep everyone in our community safe.
The annual Providence Festival of Trees showcases stunning Christmas trees and displays decorated by local businesses, interior designers, florists and other talented people. This year we invite you to tune in to our televised holiday special coming up on Wednesday, Dec. 1. You’ll get a glimpse at this year’s stunning trees and help us raise funds for critical programs that will support our community.

An Evening of Giving (private event)
Providence Festival of Trees Evening of Giving reaches out to children and families who may not be able to afford to attend the Festival nor experience the joys of the holidays. Last year we could not celebrate in person, but delivered more than 500 care baskets to local non-profit partners to spread joy with health and wellness essentials to children in need. We will continue this modified version in 2021.
Baskets will include toothbrushes, mittens and hats, small stuffed animals and fun holiday gifts. If you or your business would like to support the event through a sponsorship or donating items, please contact the Foundation office at 541-732-5193.
