Due to COVID-19, the Safeway Providence Festival of Trees was re-imagined this year with two brand-new events: a virtual gala and a TV Christmas special. Though we missed gathering with you in person, this year's Festival brought together Providence donors, friends and our community in new ways.
Your generosity helped raise more than $950,000 for children with special health care needs in Oregon. Thank you for supporting our 38th annual Festival of Trees. Every gift makes a difference, and there's still time for you to make one!
In case you missed them, you can watch the entire Virtual Gala and KATU "Home for the Holidays" Christmas special here:

Thank you for supporting Providence Children's Health. Your gift benefits programs that bring life-changing care to local children and their families.
Supporting Providence Children's Health
Each year 112,000 babies, children and teens rely on Providence Children’s Health for compassionate care, hope and healing. Amid the pandemic, this care is even more important.
Gifts from the Safeway Providence Festival of Trees will help support Providence Neonatal Intensive Care Units, which care for the tiniest babies in Oregon, some as young as 23 weeks.
Meet one family who recently spent several weeks at the Providence Portland NICU and learn how your support helps families during this challenging time:
Funds raised this year will also support Swindells Resource Center, which provides families with free resources, information, education and peer-to-peer support. Last year our centers, located in Portland and Medford, served more than 20,000 families.
One unique program Swindells Resource Center offers is Sib Shop, which helps provide resources and build community among siblings of children with special health care needs.
The video below highlights the special bond among siblings who use the Swindells Resouce Center:
Camp Erin is the only weekend camp in Oregon where children, ages 6-17, can be with other children who are coping with the death of a loved one. This program is free for all children, thanks to donors like you.
